We believe all buyers should be satisfied with our product which we sell through our website. Our return policy is very easy and transparent. We wish that you do not need to use the policy but still it’s necessary to keep the option so the buyer can replace/return the product if they are unsatisfied with it.
The replace/return only possible if the item received by the buyer in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered
Colour of the product in the picture or video may slightly vary due to digital photography. This cannot be accepted for return policy.
If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at (email@example.com) or whatsapp at (+91 9787 835 845)with your order number and item number and the proper video of the product (while opening the parcel is must) within 2 Days of delivery.
After we received the product our quality team will check and decide it will be replace/refund. If it has a manufacturing defect / wrong item delivered then the product will be replaced as soon as possible or incite a refund.
We check every product before shipping, our quality control team verify and then ship it to the customers, but we understand that manual fault can happen and hence we replace/refund the item or the full amount.
Dispatch of the product will take nearly 2 to 3 working days because of fast moving and unavailability at that time. After dispatching you will receive the product mostly within 2 working days.
